CASA MILITARI
The owner of the building was the Archpriest Bernardo Militari. The main façade was enriched with a valuable mullioned window with 2 lights in a Gothic style, today closed, while the architectonic and ornamental elements show a Plateresque decorative style pertinent to 15th century Spain. It was built before 1423, the founding year of the adjacent church, built by the Archpriest himself. The church of Our Lady of the Annunciatin for the admirable marble sculpture, authentic masterpiece of Antonello Gagini, found inside the church and today it is preserved in the “A. Cordici” Museum.
