PANE NERO
A real speciality is the pane nero - black bread, produced with flour from two different types of wheat: tumminia and russulidda, which is worked by hand and baked in wood ovens; if served straight out of the oven and dressed with oil, oregano and salted sardines, it is a real delicacy for your taste buds.
