ROCCA GIGLIO

In Rocca Giglio, recent research has brought to light finds dateable to upper Palaeolithic times while, nearby, some caverns conserve inscriptions from Punic times. This ridge is a site which should be more highly appreciated for its views and breathtaking sunsets which can be seen, and also for its few strips of untouched nature and some interesting and suggestive caves of prehistoric interest.
