MOLINO EXCELSIOR

Built at the beginning of the 1900s, is an example of industrial architecture of great historical importance where not only the wheat from the Erice area was worked, but also imported wheat from abroad. It hasn’t been actively used since the nineteen seventies and is about to be made into a museum.
