SCULTURE DEI GAGINI NELLA CHIESA DI SANT'OLIVA
The statue of Sant'Oliva is one of the masterpieces of Antonello Gagini (1511) and is characterised by the perfect interplay of plastic volume and light and for its references to the works of Francesco Laurana. Antonio and Giacomo Gagini, sons of Antonello, created the group of sculpures of the Annunciazione (1545).
