OSSERVATORIO DEL BELICE

A large building designed by the architects Antonello Sotgia and Giuseppe Cangemi,  destines to contain the reconstruction plans for the public works of the villages in the Belice Valley. It is characterised by the presence of a network of square windows on the walls, on the southern part of the elevation it has an entrance with four long openings in which two angular bodies make open columned wings,  like propellers. An important element is the large,  robust  fragmented frame which crowns the building.
